Each Pidgin Doll is a work of art designed by artist David Petr, featuring a unique sculpt and high-fashion aesthetic that bridges the gap between traditional toy and fine art collectible.
How long does shipping take for a new doll order?
Standard processing for in-stock dolls is 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 2-4 weeks depending on customs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our dolls and fashion accessories worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties or VAT taxes applied by their local customs office.
What is your return policy for limited edition items?
Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our collectibles, all doll sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos to arrange a replacement or repair.
Are the doll clothes and accessories interchangeable?
Most Pidgin Doll fashions are designed specifically for the 1:6 scale Pidgin body. While some items may fit other fashion dolls, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for other brands.
Can I request a custom-painted Pidgin Doll?
Custom 'One of a Kind' (OOAK) dolls are released periodically through our shop or via special auctions. We do not currently accept individual private commissions.
