At Pidgin Doll, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the limited nature of our designer collections, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all tags and certificates of authenticity intact.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the doll or accessory in its original branded box and place it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Credit
Once our studio receives and inspects the item for original condition, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
